What to write about

Something is broken. This helps most: the bugs nobody tells me about are the ones I never fix.
You have an idea. A good part of what is here today came from suggestions by the people using it.
Questions about privacy or about what happens to your data.
Tips: if you left one by mistake or you want it refunded.
Press, blogs or plain curiosity about the project.

If it is a bug, this saves me half the trip

You do not need to be technical or to explain it well. Telling me what happened is enough. That said, if you can add any of these, it goes much faster:

The version of Singla. It is at the very bottom of the “Data” tab.
Which phone or computer and which browser you were using (iPhone with Safari, Android with Chrome…).
What you did just before it went wrong, even roughly.
What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
A screenshot, if something looks off.

Before you send me your exported data: the file from “Export data” contains the titles of your tasks and your notes. I only need it if the bug has to do with your entries, and only if you are comfortable sending it. I will never ask for it by default.
